Complete the Credit Dispute Details Screen

 

Choose the Credit Agency for this Credit Dispute.

 

If this is an Initial Credit Dispute leave the Check Boxes Blank.

 

If this is a Credit Dispute that has accompanying Documentation from the Creditor Click the Creditor Verification Check Box.

 

If this is a Follow up Credit Dispute ie.. 30 days and No Response from the Credit Agency Click the   Follow Up Check Box.

 

The Dispute Reson Text Box is used in the Dispute Letters to expand upon the Dispute Type you choose above. This information is included in the Dispute letters and used by the Credit Agencies to determine why you are distputing the credit item.

 

Click the OK button to Save and Close the Credit Dispute Detail Screen.
